Fort Morgan accounts receivable ledger, 1962-1982.

This subsidiary ledger was used to break down income into individual accounts. The ledger contains separate entries for each individual account. Information available in these records includes entries documenting the individual income accounts for bank deposits, telescope income, book and souvenir sales, resale of Pepsi and Coke products, candy machine income, R.E.A. refunds, and insurance claims. If the deposit was in the form of a warrant, the entries list the warrant number, date of warrant, and the bank the warrant was drawn on, if applicable. All entries include the deposit amount, interest, and yearly totals. In 1975, Fort Morgan came under the purview of the Alabama Historical Commission (1966-present).
